With over 23 years of contemplative practice - spanning breathwork, meditation, and nervous system training - Max has spent more time studying how the mind gets stuck than most people spend stuck in it. He is a published author and has built multiple Instagram accounts totaling over three million followers, giving him a firsthand understanding of how these platforms are designed to capture attention and what it actually takes to get it back.

That combination - clinical training, two decades of practice, and real experience building audiences on the most addictive platforms in history - led Max to create The Rewired Protocol, a system for rewiring your nervous system’s relationship with your phone and digital stimulation. Its not another screen time app or digital detox.
